This thermometer represents all of the money both pledged (not collected) and actual cash deposits. The total of all pledges, including grants, is $335,706.48 and the total cash deposits total $51,453.76. The grants and pledges have come with the condition that we must raise the remainder of our goal before the actual funds will be released.

Total DRTA Fundraising

This project would not be possible if not for the support of the community. The DRTA formed as a non-profit so that supporters could claim donations as charitible contributions. We have also partnered with the Town of Derry because we are developing town-owned land. This public/private partnership benefits the town because we manage the project and coordinate community involvement without using town resources. We are a completely volunteer organization.
